  • 조리법 How to cook:
    1. 예열된 프라이팬에 식용유를 두르고 중불에서 3분 정도 구워 주세요. / Heat oil in a pan and grill the steaks over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
    2. 스테이크를 뒤집고 물 2–3스푼을 넣은 뒤 뚜껑을 덮어 주세요. / Flip, add 2–3 spoons of water and cover with a lid.
    3. 뒷면이 노릇해지면 약불로 줄여 양면을 노릇하게 구워 주세요. / When the bottom is golden, lower the heat and brown both sides.
    4. 다 구운 함박 스테이크에 치즈를 올리면 완성! / Top with cheese and enjoy!
